How quickly will I receive my goods?

Delivery on the German mainland takes place within approx. 2-4 working days, to Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium it can take up to 10 days. We currently do not offer express deliveries. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during our peak seasons and sales periods.

What are the shipping costs?

There are no shipping costs for orders within Germany. For deliveries to Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs of 11.95 euros will be charged, regardless of the order value.

Which shipping company will deliver my parcel?

Within Germany we ship your order via DHL and shipping to Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands is via UPS.

Why has my order not been shipped yet?

Please allow us some time to prepare your order for shipment. We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours, some orders may take a little longer.

Where is my package?

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in the order overview as well as in your order confirmation by e-mail. For a more accurate estimate of the delivery time, please refer to the shipping confirmation. You will receive this via e-mail as soon as your order is on its way to you.

What happens if I'm not there on the first delivery attempt?

If the courier doesn't find you, you can use the shipment tracking to see whether your package was handed over to a neighbor or a branch. In some cases, the second delivery attempt will be made via a different shipping service provider. All updates can be found in the shipment tracking.

My package should have arrived a long time ago!

Please check the shipment tracking to see if the package was handed over to a neighbor. If it's not with a neighbor and the shipping status hasn't changed in 5 days, please contact us.
