Are returns free of charge?
For all orders within Germany, returns are free of charge for you and you can simply use the enclosed return label.
Outside of Germany (Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands) we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. Please send your return shipment to:

We also recommend that you send the return with insurance and keep the proof of postage until you confirm receipt. Please don't forget to send our return slip back with us.
How do I return an article?
You can return unworn & unwashed items within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
For orders from Germany, your shipment will always go to the right address with the return label from the package - of course free of charge. This also applies to discounted items. To do this, please fill out the return form included in the package and hand it in at a post office of your choice. If you no longer have the return label, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service and we will send you a new one.
Returns from Austria, Belgium or the Netherlands can be returned via a carrier of your choice. We will not bear the costs for this.
Please keep the return receipt in any case until we have confirmed receipt of the goods.
In what condition do I have to send my goods back?
We ask for your understanding that only articles with the original label and in a condition that would be possible when trying them on in a shop can be taken back. If there are obvious signs of use (makeup or lipstick stains, smell or heavy soiling, etc.), the goods cannot be sold by us and we therefore unfortunately have to claim compensation for the value of the purchase price. In this case, the goods will be sent back to the customer and the purchase price will be retained as compensation.
How does the refund work?
If we do not find any defects during the returns check, the amount you have already paid will be credited back to you and you will receive your money back within 14 days. Please note that we can only accept goods that you have bought directly from us. If you bought an item from a retailer, please address the complaint to the seller with whom the purchase contract was concluded.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange the item?
An ordered item cannot be exchanged. However, you can return the wrongly ordered item within Germany free of charge and place a new order.
I bought an item elsewhere, can I still exchange the item with you or make a complaint?
Unfortunately, an article that was not purchased in our online shop cannot be exchanged or a complaint can be made through us, even if we offer exactly this article in the online shop. Since the purchase contract was concluded with another trading partner, a complaint must be stated with this partner.
